I Bought this GE Washer on May 25, 2012 as of today, the washer it totally useless. Everything was great but suddenly two months ago the washer began having trouble staying in balance - no matter what size load or what kind of load. Now the washer stays out of balance and sounds like a freight train in the spin cycle (rinse or wash). This is a two year old washer!! I purchased an extended warranty from Lowe's but I cannot use that either as they don't have service contractors that come on the weekends. REALLY. Looking at the internet I see this is a common issue with my model washer. GE .. I'm so disappointed. I have always had GE appliances and now am considering getting rid of them all. model washer GTWN4250DOWS. It's going to cost more to fix this than what is cost to buy the washer to begin with. I'm so disappointed as I don't have $1000 to drop on another upper scale model. No fair GE! No FAIR!
