Refrigerator - GE model PSCS3RGXAESS
In 2008 we bought a GE model PSCS3RGXAESS refrigerator. Immediately the freezer shelves started falling out. We contacted the company and also reported that the baskets we quite loose. GE sent a few new shelves but said they had not received other complaints about the baskets so would not replace them. Now the baskets are falling, dumping food and containers dangerously toward the person who opens the freezer door and knocking shelves out. GE does not respond to our emails from their customer service page.
