GE Profile washer - GE Profile Washer

I purchased my GE profile washer on Feb.23, 2010 at Lowes in Steubenville Ohio. Within a week, it had quit working (bad motor) and I had to have a repair man. Opted to have a complete new appliance sent. Same style and same model. Now the motor is bad in this machine. Repair person stated that it is a default in the design and that the board is on top of the motor. If this happened to me twice, how many other people have gotten this same machine and had the same problem. Thankfully, I had purchased a four year warrantee or I would have been out of luck. I'd like to know what you can do for me for the inconvenience from purchasing this unit.Believe me, I trusted you twice by purchasing this machine twice.
