I need a single $.50 plastic part that holds the top sprayer on. They do not have the part on the diagram, nor do they even make or have the part what so ever. It is a shame that this small critical part they do not sell or have makes the machine dysfunctional. They are scam artists and it should be illegal not to sell parts for their machines. So basically, it is going to cost $500 for a new machine rather than getting the $.50 cent part I need. The girl on the phone kept telling me the TUBE is not available, she did not know what she was talking about. She was looking at the same diagram I was. It says TUB not TUBE, also not even close to what I needed. So what it comes down to is parts associates that can't read, and small breakable parts they can't replace. No more GE PRODUCTS FOR ME OR ANY FAMILY MEMBER...EVER! I will tell friends as well, I will make sure they tell their friend to overlook their products since they do not stand behind them.
