Bought a washer from Lowes 2 months ago - Hotpoint washer
Bought a GE Hotpoint washer 2 months ago from Lowes, from day one I thought after 15 years with the Whirlpool washer I had that maybe it was more robust and I just did not know how to balance a load. this washer has bounced all over from the first use when in spin. this afternoon I tried to wash a load, was sitting outside and heard what sounded like an airplane. to my dismay it was the washer, it had walked out of the laundry room with the only thing holding it was the hoses. I tried to rebalance the load but still the same issue. I took all the laundry out if it and it does even worse but this time shook so bad the lid come off on one side and now will only fill and drain, nothing else. I called for service and got a person not in this country giving me a date of service a week away and I still have to do my laundry with no washer. I will never buy a GE product again, the customer service was shity as well as the washer. GE CARES MY ASS, should have and will recommend to all I talk to, stay with Whirlpool or Maytag or get ripped off with GE.
