I totally agree with you. I purchased a General Electric washer model GTAN2800D1WW on Wednesday October 29 2014 and hooked it up on Saturday. On my first wash I realized that the clothes did not spin all the way dry. I had the same problem over and over again. What is worst is trying to get service from General Electric!
